Types of Massage

Acupressure - Shiatsu

Are systems of finger-pressure massage, which treat channels of energy flow in the body. Energy blocked along these channels can cause physical discomforts, so the aim is to release the blockage and re-balance the energy flow.

Deep Tissue

Releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body, through slow hand strokes and deep finger pressure. It focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Focuses on the relief and release of highly tense, irritated areas in the muscles, known as “trigger points.” This technique uses concentrated finger pressure to help break the cycles of spasm and pain.

Aromatherapy

Application of essential oils selected for your well-being and preferences, while creating a synergistic and pleasant effect.

Structural Integration - Myofascial

A system of energetic and even pressure to the connective tissues, as it lengthens and hydrates the tissues. It relieves chronic tension in the body and improves postural alignment.

Swedish

A system of gentle gliding strokes, kneading soft tissues, friction, percussive and vibration techniques. Promotes relaxation and relieves muscle tension.
